Refund Policy

At Synchro Yoga for Women’s Health, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality services and products. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Classes and Workshops, Single Session Cancellations: If you cancel a single class or workshop at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund. 
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.Package Cancellations:
For class packages (e.g., 5-class or 10-class packs), a full refund will be provided if you cancel within 14 days of purchase and you have not attended any classes. If you have attended one or more classes, the refund will be prorated based on the number of classes attended and the single-class rate.
Workshops and Retreats: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date.
For cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or less before the start date.
Online Programs and Digital Products Online Courses: If you are not satisfied with an online course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that you have engaged with the course content but found it unsatisfactory.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience technical difficulties or issues with your digital product, please contact our support team for assistance.
Memberships Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. If you cancel, you will not be charged for the following month, but no refund will be issued for the current month.
Annual memberships can be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no classes or services have been used. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.
Merchandise We offer a 30-day return policy for physical merchandise. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at support@synchroyogaforwomenhealth.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Exceptions Refunds will not be granted for services or products that explicitly state “non-refundable” at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for missed classes or workshops without prior cancellation as per the guidelines above. We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes to this policy.
